100% made in Australia. Wrought from a solid sheet of 2.5mm thick Australian iron, there are no joins, screws, or rivets. Superior conductivity, fast, even heating, and easy to clean. Suitable for all heat sources, from induction stovetop, to oven, to campfires and wood-fired pizza ovens. Solidteknics AUS-ION pans do not have a synthetic, toxic coating. Variations in the surface are to be expected. AUS-ION pans come naturally seasoned with rice bran oil, for a healthy, natural, easy-release cooking surface that gets better with time and use.

Cleaning & Care Instructions: 

  1. Begin cleaning while cookware is still warm
  2. Clean AUS-ION cookware under hot running water – soap is not necessary with a thorough scrubbing, however, small amounts of mild dish soap can be used
  3. Scrub off any stuck on bits of food using a wooden or steel scraper
  4. Dry pan thoroughly (Tip: Use residual oven or stovetop heat to fully dry)
  5. Store when fully dry
  6. Reseason your AUS-ION Cookware when needed with a high smoke point cooking oil
