1. 30-Day Return Window
Unused kitchen items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exceptions: final sale items (clearance knife sets, monogrammed cutting boards). Start returns at peakoras.com/returns. Provide order number and reason (e.g., “stainless steel pot too heavy”). Return labels are emailed from [email protected] within 24 hours.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Hygiene-sensitive goods are non-returnable: opened food storage containers, used air fryer baskets, or coffee grinders with residue. Custom-engraved utensils and bundles with missing components are final sale. Damaged goods covered under warranty aren’t returns—email [email protected] for replacements.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers pay return shipping unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped. We refund up to $15 for domestic return postage upon receipt. International returns: customers handle customs forms; we don’t cover duties. Lost return parcels aren’t refundable—use tracked services.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of warehouse receipt. Original payment method credited. Sale items refunded at purchase price. Gift returns receive store credit. Processing fees (3%) deducted for opened appliance boxes without defects.
5. Exchange Procedure
Exchanges (e.g., 8-inch chef knife for 10-inch) require returning the original item first. Include exchange requests in your return form. We ship replacements once received, waiving shipping fees. Size/color exchanges subject to stock—backorders will be notified via [email protected].
6. Restocking Fees
A 15% fee applies to non-defective returns of small appliances (mixers, espresso machines) if packaging is damaged or accessories missing. No fees for intact cookware sets or unused gadgets. Fees deducted from refund totals.
7. Warranty vs. Returns
