1. Order Processing & Timing
We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Kitchenware orders placed before 12 PM EST ship same day. Delivery timelines vary: U.S. orders arrive in 3-7 business days, international in 7-21 days. Tracking numbers are emailed from [email protected] once shipped. Factors like customs, weather, or carrier delays may impact delivery. Peak seasons (e.g., holidays) may extend processing by 24 hours. Contact us if your cutting boards, cookware, or utensils haven’t shipped within 48 hours.
2. Domestic Shipping Options & Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $49, and for orders under $49 we have two shipping plans to choose from, including flat shipping at $4.85, express shipping at $7.95.
3. International Shipping
We ship to 50+ countries via DHL/FedEx.Import taxes/duties are the customer’s responsibility. Prohibited items include electric pressure cookers with non-standard voltages. Delivery addresses can’t be changed post-shipment.
4. Packaging & Handling
All kitchen tools are secured in reinforced boxes with biodegradable foam. Knife blocks are disassembled and blade-guarded. Non-stick pans have protective films. Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., chocolate molds) ship with ice packs from May to September. Signature confirmation is required for orders over $200. Damaged packaging must be photographed and emailed to [email protected].
5. Undeliverable & Lost Shipments
Failed deliveries (incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels) return to our warehouse. Carriers mark items “lost” after 14 days of no tracking updates; we reship or refund immediately. Theft claims require police reports. Address changes pre-shipment must be emailed to [email protected] within 1 hour of ordering.
6. In-Transit Damage
Inspect packages upon delivery. Report crushed boxes, liquid leaks, or rattling sounds (indicating broken bakeware) within 48 hours via [email protected]. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We replace or refund compromised silicone utensils, shattered jars, or dented stock pots. Insurance covers all shipments.
